About BakerMurray Consulting

After more than twenty-five years in the hospitality industry, I founded BakerMurray Consulting to partner with ambitious leaders and organisations who want to grow and develop their people for long-term success.

My career has always been rooted in service, connection, and creating exceptional human experiences.

Following a career break to raise my two children, I returned with a renewed sense of purpose: to give leaders and teams the opportunity, space, and support to become even better — not by working harder, by working more consciously, courageously, and collaboratively.

BakerMurray Consulting exists to elevate human potential. When people feel safe, supported, and stretched in the right ways, they don’t just perform — they thrive.

I am based in Staffordshire and will work all of the UK to support organisations .
