    In our discovery conversations we will discuss the following and from this tour tailored People development Programme will be designed and costed.

    • What behaviours, habits, or structures are helping or hindering them?
    • What has prompted the organisation to reach out for support?
      What patterns are showing up in communication, collaboration, and trust?
